BEACHHOUSE HAMPTONS PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: September 1, 2026 Fine Home Management Inc., doing business as Beachhouse Hamptons (“Beachhouse Hamptons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides residential property-management services and related digital tools, including the Beachhouse Hamptons mobile application, client portal, and website. Information We Collect - Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and physical or property address. - Account information: user ID and account credentials. - Location information: precise device location when enabled for property-visit verification and field workflows. - User content: photos, videos, notes, requests, property-management records, documents, maintenance information, and other content. - Property and service information: property systems, service history, maintenance records, vendor coordination information, visit records, open items, and related operational information. How We Use Information We use information to authenticate users, manage authorized access, operate property-management workflows, verify property visits, store and display authorized photos/documents/reports, communicate regarding property operations, maintain service history, protect system security, and comply with legal obligations. Data Linked to Your Account Contact information, user ID, property information, location records, photos, and other user content may be associated with your account or authorized properties. We do not use this information for cross-app advertising or tracking. Location Information If you permit location access, the app may use precise location for property-visit verification and field-management workflows. You can control location access through device settings. Photos, Documents, and Other Content Property-related photos, videos, documents, notes, reports, requests, and other content may be stored to support property management. Access is controlled by account permissions and property assignments. Internal management information is not automatically published to clients. Service Providers We may use third-party providers for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, communications, and software infrastructure. They may process information only as necessary to provide those services or as required by law. No Sale of Personal Information We do not sell personal information and do not use app data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Data Retention We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain operational records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, and protect our business and clients. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Your Choices and Rights You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, operational, and retention requirements. Device permissions can be controlled in device settings. Children The app and portal are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services. Changes We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do.
